Feeding children can be one of the most fulfilling and /or stressful parts of parenting. We strive to nourish our children with nutritious, delicious and interesting foods but as many parents know it can be a very trying and time-consuming task. Of course this differs from child to child, family to family and culture to culture so one of the best ways to successfully feed your family is to seek advice and tips from other families with valuable experience. Let’s share our experiences, tips/tricks and recipes with each other! A lot of us have kids who suffer from the allergic-to-anything-green syndrome. Problems like this take a bit of creativity and a lot of patience but are possible to overcome. Let’s introduce new, exciting and foreign flavors to our beloved little eaters. Kids have double the amount of taste buds in their mouths1 than we do so let’s celebrate that with wonderful healthy meals full of exciting tastes.
